We have all experienced a great deal of change over the past year, and at KGVS we’ve quickly adapated to continue to provide gold standard veterinary care for our clients and their pets. To offer reassurance in these unsettling times, we have included Unlimited Consultations* in our Proactive Health Care membership.
Members also benefit from Home Delivery of flea tick and worm treatment. Other savings for club members include discounts on microchipping, neutering, dental promotions, life stage diets, and free nail trims.
Preventative healthcare treatments and procedures, are prescribed and carried out by vets on healthy pets, with the aim to give pets healthier, happier and ultimately longer lives. These include administering vaccines, parasite medications, pet identification, neutering (spay and castration) surgery and nutrition.
The difference between Proactive Healthcare Plan membership and pet insurance, and why you need both:
Our Proactive Healthcare Plan focuses on preventative healthcare and has been carefully designed to help your pet have a healthy, happy life.
Pet insurance, on the other hand, provides financial cover for unforeseen illness and accidents – althought it is important to note that the level of cover provided by different insurers/policies can vary enormously.
This is why we strongly recommend that responsible pet owners combine Proactive Healthcare Plan membership with a pet insurance policy.
The KGVS Proactive Health Care (PHC) membership provides total reassurance. It is the most comprehensive and cost-effective way to give your pet everything they need to stay healthy, and to give you peace of mind.
The PHC is based on a simple direct debit system where the already reduced cost of annual care is spread over 12 months. The monthly cost is £28.90 for dogs and £21.90 for cats.
Signing up for the PHC is very easy, just click on the Join Now button below. You’ll just need your bank account details so that we can set up your direct debit. Joining takes no more than 2 minutes and you’ll have the peace of mind that ocomes with knowing your pet receives the very best in year-round preventative healthcare.
Once you’ve signed up online, we will contact you to arrange your first health check at which we will prescribe and dispense the first of your flea and wormers. There is no need to contact us, and we’ll be in touch within 5 days after joining to arrange this for you.
