The prescription or food order will be checked and prepared in the following 12-24 hours. We will send you an email to confirm your order. Occasionally there may be a supply problem, in which case we will telephone you to let you know and to discuss alternative arrangements. Please note that animals requiring repeat prescriptions must be reassessed by the vet every 6 months to monitor their progress, although this may vary according to individual circumstances.
