At Kriek and Gibson, we are taking the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) virus very seriously.
Please be assured that our primary goal is always to look after our community no matter what the situation is, so we are quickly adapting the way we work to make this possible for everyone.
As of today we will only be seeing emergencies only. We will be contacting clients to reschedule non urgent appointments. We have the ability to provide video consultations which will assist in determining if you need to bring your pet to the surgery.
If you have ordered medication we will contact you to advise when the order is ready for collection, and we request that you pay over the phone or online. When you arrive at the practice please ring to let us know, and we will put the medication in a collection box just outside the reception door for you so that we all maintain a safe distance from each other.
We understand that this is a worrying time for many, but please be assured that we are aiming to protect as many people as possible and to keep our staff well so that we may continue to provide emergency care and medications for your pets.
