We realize that this is a very worrying time for all of our clients, however please be assured that we are dedicated to continue to help take care of your pets during this pandemic.
To date we have not had any positive cases of Covid-19 in staff or clients however we are putting some precautionary measures in place in line with government recommendations.
If you or anyone in your immediate family/household are unwell or showing symptoms that could be attributable to coronavirus we respectfully ask you not to visit the practice at this time. If your pet requires urgent assistance please call to discuss this with us. Routine visits (e.g. vaccinations, neutering, 6 month health checks) may be rescheduled following completion of your self-isolation period.
If you are in self-isolation but your pet requires medication or prescription food, please call us so that delivery arrangements can be made.
